ASPARAGUS & CARAMELIZED ONION QUICHE RECIPE
Ingredients:
5 eggs
3/4 cup grass fed milk (or milk of choice)
3/4 cup Mozzerella cheese, freshly shredded
Sea salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the crust.
Prepare the asparagus and caramelized onions.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, freshly grated mozzarella, salt and pepper (whisk for about 60 seconds to really get air bubbles into it, this way it will bake fluffier).
Lay the asparagus and onions into the pie crust.
Pour the scrambled egg mixture on top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until you can touch the quiche in the middle and it feels spongy.
Let the quiche set for 20-30 minutes before digging in.
